Tramping, Le Mont Blanc

Went tramping for 3 days, right in the heart of the Alps! Started at Sixt and finishing at the extremely touristy alpine town of Chamonix. There were 8 in the group, Dominique and Alain Degeorges my old host parents, two other couples who are friends/family of them, and also Annie my current host mother. The main photo is of le Lac Blanc... as you can see the scenery here is very impressive. The two last days we were walking with a clear view of Mont Blanc just across the valley from us (tallest mountain in Europe, 4800m), a truly breathtaking view. With perfect weather and good company, it made for a fantastic 3 days.
