Went to see my host Dad play with his band in a little under-ground jazz bar, it was brilliant! I was the only person there under 50 years old but it was still great! The music was Soul n Blues and Rock from the 60's and 70's. All good old american (i.e in English!) stuff. Henri plays the piano a lot in the house, he is really good!
